What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Account Manager position at ENCON Environmental Services?
Territory Sales Representative
Lafayette, IN / Hybrid Remote
About ENCON Environmental Services:
ENCON Environmental Services (EES), a subsidiary of ENCON Evaporators, delivers industrial wastewater transportation, treatment, recycling, and disposal solutions across New England. Backed by 30 years of engineering expertise, we combine equipment, service, and logistics into one integrated solution.
Unlike large national competitors, ENCON eliminates layers of bureaucracy and empowers sales reps to move quickly, build custom solutions, and win business. We focus on solving problems—not pushing standard offerings. If you’re tired of red tape and want the ability to actually close deals, this is the platform. This role is ideal for high-performing reps—especially those coming from larger organizations—who want more control over deals, faster decision-making, and higher earning potential tied directly to performance.
