Position Overview:
We are hiring a high-output, hunter-minded Regional Sales Manager to aggressively grow our New England footprint (NH, MA, ME, CT, RI, VT). This is a foundational leadership role where you will be responsible for building market presence from the ground up and maintaining full accountability for regional results.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving new revenue
- Expanding key accounts
- Owning your territory like a business
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new hazardous and non-hazardous waste accounts
- Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline
- Grow strategic industrial accounts across key verticals
- Sell custom wastewater and disposal solutions leveraging ENCON’s full capabilities
- Coordinate with operations to execute projects efficiently
- Manage quotes, contracts, and customer communication
- Ensure compliance with EPA, RCRA, DOT, and state regulations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Represent ENCON at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows while acting as a trusted advisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years in environmental services, waste, or industrial sales
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong understanding of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams
- Working knowledge of EPA, RCRA, DOT regulations
- Self-starter with a true hunter mentality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency (Hubspot or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
