• NOT a travel job

• Production environment only

The Reality of This Job

• You will lift 75–90 lbs regularly
• You will work in dust, heat, cold, and all weather conditions
• You will be on your feet all day
• You will be expected to work hard, move fast, and stay productive
• This is a team-driven environment — no standing around, no hiding

Position Overview

EnCon Colorado is looking for individuals who show up, work hard, and handle physical labor without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep and clean molds for concrete pours
• Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete
• Place rebar and reinforcement accurately
• Strip forms and move finished products
• Support production to meet daily output goals

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Reliable attendance is REQUIRED (minimal call-outs, no habitual tardiness)
• Ability to lift/push/pull 75–90 lbs (team lifting required)
• Comfortable working in harsh environments (dust, weather, noise)
• Must follow instructions from Foreman, Leads, Supervisors and Safety.
• Must follow OSHA safety standards at all times
• Basic math skills required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bridge precast experience

Zero-Tolerance Policies

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Subject to random monthly drug testing
• Failure to meet attendance expectations will result in immediate termination

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)
• Start time: 6:00 AM SHARP
• End time: 2:30/3:00 PM or until work is complete
• If you cannot consistently show up on time, this is not the job for you

Pay & Benefits

• $19.75 – $20.75 hour or DOE
• Weekly Pay
• Benefits after 90 days: Health, Vision, Dental
• Paid Holidays after 90 days
• 401(k) with company 5% match
• PTO after 1 year

• Do you have dependable transportation to ensure on-time arrival before or for a 5am or 6am start?

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (Required)
• Structural Bridge Precast: 3 years (Required)
