What You’ll Do:

As a Child Care Teacher At Encompass, You Will

• Design and Implement Curriculum: Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
• Foster Growth: Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.
  
  

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role has:

• Minimum of Basic Childcare courses - Intro to Childcare/Skills and Strategies/Infant and Toddler Care
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community
  
  

Current Opportunity: The Cornerstone Center, located at 345 N. Broadway in Green Bay, is currently seeking a 2.5-3.5 year old Teacher for the hours of 8/8:30 AM to 5/5:30 PM
