Become the Support Services Supervisor You Always Wanted to Be
Coordinates and oversees daily workflows of staff to ensure efficient operations of the department.
Negotiates prices and contracts with outside vendors as appropriate.
Manages the purchase order process for hospital supplies.
Ensures accurate scheduling of patients for transportation based on resources available.
Ensures all required documentation and inventory logs are maintained in accordance with policy.
Manages purchasing process to ensure that par levels are consistently met.
Manages inventory to optimize the cost of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Valid state drivers license, CDL preferred
Current CPR Certification
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous Transportation Or Scheduling Experience Preferred
2-3 years of hospital supply management/distribution preferred
Previous Management/supervisory Experience Strongly Preferred

Salary : $49,920 - $72,800
