Position Purpose
The Card Program Administrator will perform the day-to-day program administration tasks of the company's Purchasing Card (P-Card), Travel Card and Fuel Card programs. This role will act as the liaison between the card vendors and cardholders, processing all requests in a timely and professional manner. This role will work closely with the external vendor partnership as well as internally with AP, Supply Chain and Asset Management departments.

Responsibilities And Tasks
- Monitor card email inbox daily for requests and inquiries.
- Review new card applications and process requests from internal customers.
- Provide assistance with training materials and compliance reporting.
- Facilitate past due notification process.
- Process any special temporary authorization requests.
- Participate in various special projects.
- This position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL
- PCPC preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study preferred.
