Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity
Join Encompass Health as a Hemodialysis RN and provide essential care to dialysis patients amid their rehabilitation. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver top-tier, compassionate, and tailored care to individuals facing kidney disease.
- Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
- Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
- Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
- Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure required by state regulations.
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it).
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
