We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocala. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing vital care and support.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field and current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification is also required. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy, guide patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery is also a key aspect of this role.
