As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will be part of a team that provides individualized, compassionate care to patients in their recovery journey. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understand their unique needs, and tailor care plans to facilitate their recovery.
You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, address patient concerns, and provide exceptional care. You will also collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a valid RN licensure as required by state regulations, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN certification preferred, and one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Supervise and coordinate patient care, ensuring timely interventions and effective communication among healthcare providers.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and self-care strategies.
- Identify and report changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions and escalating concerns to supervising staff as needed.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
