Position: Day Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives through meaningful engagement, skill-building, and community integration.
What You'll Do:
Provide support in community setting.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Facilitate and participate in recreational, educational, and community-based activities.
Encourage independence by teaching life skills, including communication, budgeting, and self-care.
Follow individualized plans.
Document individual progress, behaviors, and needs.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Communicate effectively with families, team members, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate must have:
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges is a plus
Hours, Compensation & Location:
Competitive pay: $16-$18 per hour (DOE)
Location: Fargo Day Habilitation Office
Monday- Friday 7:45am-4:15pm (approximately, Hours may vary)
