As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will:
- Design and Implement Curriculum: Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
- Foster Growth: Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
- Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education

Current Opportunity: Our Rosebush Center, located at 1275 University Avenue in Green Bay, is currently seeking a Summer Float Teacher for varied daytime hours. This is a part-time role working 30 hours a week.
