**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or Equivalent; required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field; preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and open communication skills with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying environments and family dynamics.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for travel to client homes.
