Part Time- In home Youth Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver to provide part-time in-home support for a youth in a safe and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children and teenagers thrive through consistent care, positive engagement, and attentive supervision.

• Provide attentive in-home supervision and support during scheduled shifts
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and age-appropriate engagement
• Encourage a positive, respectful, and supportive atmosphere
• Help with meal preparation, snacks, and light household tasks related to caregiving
• Support personal care needs as appropriate and within the scope of the role
• Communicate effectively with family members regarding observations, routines, and needs
• Promote safety and follow household guidelines and care instructions
• Provide reliable support and consistent presence throughout each shift

• Previous experience working with children or youth in a caregiving, childcare, or support role
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in a home setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs
• Comfort performing light caregiving-related household tasks
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred, if applicable
• Ability to pass any required background screening
