What You’ll Do as the Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant:
- Represent top-tier telecom brands and connect customers to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions
- Identify customer needs and deliver personalized recommendations that align with their lifestyle and budget
- Develop a strong knowledge of client products and business methods, and apply it to the Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant role
- Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow-up
- Negotiate service plans and contracts by highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings to increase sales efforts
- Collaborate with Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant team members and leadership to meet business development and sales goals and improve outreach strategies
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and receive the necessary sales support they need
- Adhere to all Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant protocol, including maintaining customer confidentiality and connecting with client representatives to assist in sales
What We’re Looking For in a Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Time-management skills to assist in the proper completion of Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant responsibilities and coordination
