Position Summary

Summa Health is seeking an experienced PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse for an 8-week, night-shift assignment on the 4 South unit at Barberton Campus. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced progressive care setting, and strict compliance with facility requirements. Interviews are required.

Required QualificationsExperience

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/Telemetry RN experience

Education

• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program (required)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN License (verified through Nursys)
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
• NIH Stroke Certification – Required
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Must be clearly shown on the resume
• Candidates without documented recent EPIC experience will not be considered

Scheduling & RTO Requirements

• RTO must be submitted at time of submission
• Maximum allowed RTO: 7 days
• More than 7 days = automatic rejection
• No block scheduling requests will be accepted
• Must be able to work every other weekend if required

• Strong telemetry interpretation skills
• Ability to manage progressive care patients requiring frequent monitoring
• Safe and timely administration of medications
• Strong assessment skills & ability to identify early signs of patient deterioration
• Strict adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and procedures

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
