About the Role Marketing Coordinator

Corporate Communications and Content Support

  • Assist with marketing communications for external and internal audiences
  • Social media posts
  • Website and blog content
  • Internal communications and announcements
  • Support development and editing of marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Assist with content for presentations and other corporate materials as needed
  • Manage the social media calendar and oversee content posting
  • Assist with monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve content performance
  • Support internal communications initiatives, including newsletters and company updates
  • Assist with coordination of external communications, including announcements and brand messaging
  • Provide support on projects related to public relations, awards, or media requests as needed

                  Events and Community Engagement

                  • Support the planning and preparation of internal and external events
                  • Assist with sponsorships, community engagement, and team volunteer opportunities
                  • Help coordinate promotion and communication for events

                  Business and Project Support

                  • Assist with Enclave Development and Construction Request for Proposals (RFPs)
                  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer audiences
                  • Process and code marketing invoices
                  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create deliverables that are clean, consistent, on time, and aligned with corporate style guidelines

                    We're Seeking Individuals Who:
                    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
                    • Have 2 years of professional experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
                    • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media management tools.
                    • Have experience supporting events, communications initiatives, or marketing campaigns.
                    • Communicate clearly and professionally with strong attention to detail.
                    • Can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining consistency and follow-through.
                    • Collaborate well across teams and build strong working relationships.
                    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
                    • Take ownership of their work and proactively contribute to team success.
                    • Bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of organization to their daily work.
