Our Registered Nurse - Case Worker will apply energy and skills to support and preserve the physical and mental well-being of the agency consumers. You will collaborate with physicians, administrative team members, direct-care staff and the client's families/guardians to ensure quality care to the agency consumers.

- Medication Trainer certification or ability to acquire.
- Understanding of the code of nursing regulations.
- Understanding of the Nurse Practice Act -Skilled Nursing delegation.
- Competent nursing procedures and hands-on skills.
- Valid Drivers' License and proof of insurance.
- Satisfactory Driving Record in compliance with Driver Requirement Policy.
- Access to a personal vehicle for individual transport as required.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with state licensing, Medicaid and other agency standards.
- Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and complete required paperwork according to licensing and agency requirements in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to work at sites other than usual work location when circumstances warrant.
- Schedule: M-F, Daytime hours with rotational on call responsibility.
