Overview
We are looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is skilled in fabrication, welding, sheet metal work, and building custom manufactured products.
Previous fabrication and welding experience is required. Sign manufacturing experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities include:
Welding and metal fabrication
Cutting, bending, forming, and working with sheet metal
Building and assembling metal frames, cabinets, and custom fabricated products
Accurately measuring, cutting, and laying out materials
Reading drawings, measurements, and specifications
Operating fabrication and shop equipment
Troubleshooting and figuring out how to manufacture custom pieces
Producing clean, accurate, quality work
Working independently and as part of our production team
Qualifications:
Previous welding and metal fabrication experience required
Experience working with sheet metal
Strong measuring and fabrication skills
Mechanically inclined with the ability to build from drawings or specifications
Dependable and able to work independently
Sign fabrication/manufacturing knowledge is a plus
Experience building sign cabinets, channel letters, or other custom signage is a major plus
Pay: $19.00 - $30.24 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
