Job Title: Finance Associate
Location: Commerce, Georgia (100% on-site)
Position Type: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate to manage our daily financial transactions, ensure liquidity, and support our audit and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance operations, SAP, and Excel, with a proven ability to manage cash flow and payment cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Financial Transactions in SAP:
- Accurately enter all financial transactions into the SAP system.
- Bank Account Management & Cash Flow Forecasting:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly bank account balances.
- Forecast cash flow to manage liquidity requirements effectively.
- Vendor Payment Scheduling:
- Prepare regular payment schedules based on vendor due dates.
- Manage the approval process for scheduled payments.
- Receivables & Payables Management:
- Generate aging reports for accounts receivable and payable.
- Track and manage overdue invoices and outstanding balances.
- Audit Preparation & Documentation:
- Prepare and organize financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain fund budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze variances and adjust projections as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong foundation in financial operations and performance management.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is required.
