Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Commerce, Georgia (100% on-site)
Position Type: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview: Individual contributor owning day-to-day relationships and order execution for assigned North American customers (major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers). No cold calling – focus on service, accuracy, and forecast management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle order processing, delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, invoicing, and payment follow-up
- Issue quotations, execute approved pricing, process volume/specification/delivery changes
- Coordinate sample requests, trial orders, and material qualification timelines
- Resolve customer complaints and quality claims with quality, logistics, and technical teams
- Track and report key metrics: revenue, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, AR aging
- Prepare weekly/monthly account reviews and support customer QBRs
- Ensure complete, accurate CRM and ERP data entry
- Support contract renewal discussions and minor pricing negotiations within guidelines
- Collaborate daily with supply chain, finance, and production planning
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years customer service, account management, or inside sales experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, index-match, charts, data analysis) – mandatory
- Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
