Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior service according to Forbes Travel Guide hospitality standards for Food and Beverage.
- Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Take food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve guests and internal employees with a positive and professional attitude.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with proficiency.
- Assist coworkers and other departments as necessary to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with resort layout and operations.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
