Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the childcare center, including enrollment, billing, and record-keeping.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, families, and community partners.
- Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment conducive to learning and development.
- Lead staff meetings and professional development activities to promote continuous improvement.
