What You'll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Guide children's behavior with patience, positivity, and care
- Support each child's unique needs through inclusive and individualized attention
- Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and transitions
- Monitor and document developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families about their child's day and growth
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain structure and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or similar setting
- Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a state-required background check
- Understanding of early childhood development
Preferred (for Lead Teachers):
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA credential
- At least 2 years of relevant experience

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (no evenings or weekends)
- Pay: $14.50-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
*Final rate depends on verified education, credentials, and childcare-related experience
- Probationary Period: 60 days or less, depending on performance.
