Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Enchanted Care is seeking a creative and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. Our program blends learning and play to support children’s academic and social development and create a strong foundation for continued growth.
As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make each day engaging and purposeful for your classroom.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, skill development, and critical thinking.
- Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and their families.
- Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare or educational setting preferred
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
