What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging & Product Designer - Pet position at Enchanté Accessories?
We are seeking a talented and experienced Package & Product Designer to design a diverse range of Pet goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product packaging, a passion for creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative packaging designs that align with brand identity and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales team, product development, and manufacturing to ensure design feasibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions.
- Create prototypes and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Mentor junior temp. designers and provide guidance on best practices in packaging design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in package design, preferably for hard goods.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Pilot / Chat Gpt / Canva Ai / Figma Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative packaging designs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience designing packaging for major retailers such as Costco or Walmart a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
