What are the responsibilities and job description for the CARE GIVER position at ENCARE INC?

CARE PROVIDERS JOB DUTIES: Provide care for elderly residents. Take temperature/respiration rate. Bathe/dress patients & attend to their comfort and personal hygiene/appearance. Clean rooms/change bed linens. Dispense medication per physician's directions. Sterilize equipment/supplies. Prepare food trays/feed patients & record food & liquid intake and out put. Apply hot/cold compresses and hot water bottles. Turn/reposition patients to prevent bedsores. Transfer patients using wheelchairs or wheeled carts. Help residents with daily activities.
