What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Support Analyst position at Encantado Technical Solutions?
Overview
As part of the enterprise enabling service, the Subcontractor shall provide IT support for the customer’s environment. This support includes submitting cyber authorization requests, assisting with PKI authorization implementation, and providing administrative support to a classified service aimed at educating new employees about the overall classified network capabilities and keeping existing employees knowledgeable about changes to the classified environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer to enter cyber requests on their behalf.
- Backup for PKI processes and authorization.
- Perform CSI Responsibilities to include:
- Monitor and respond to requests submitted to CSI concierge email.
- Support NEO on-boarding events by providing information to new employees about the classified environment.
- Regularly review web page content and ensure it is updated and current.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Produce reports on the classified network.
- Assist with coordination and scheduling of classified events.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 2 years related experience
- Active DOE Q Security Clearance
- Must be a US Citizenship
Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in support of government IT environment.
- Experience with cyber request authorization process.
- Experience with PKI processes and authorization.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have active DOE Q clearance.
Desired
- Familiar with continual service improvement processes.
- Experience coordinating and scheduling events.
