In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Supply Chain Management's (SCM) strategic planning process and maintaining related performance analytics. This includes supporting the development, implementation, and tracking of SCM's key performance indicators (KPIs), internal and external benchmarking; as well as creating and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards.

What you will do:
Support the development, implementation and consolidated reporting of SCM's strategic initiatives and related performance.
Develop, contribute to, and maintain user-friendly dashboards that are used across SCM, including senior leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze and manage data/reports for dissemination within the company and external partners.
Find opportunities and develop initiatives to continually improve the efficiency of SCM's processes, procedures, and tools.
Monitor the integrity of the data used in analysis and identifying data integrity issues.
Partner closely with the SCM Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) team daily to develop and maintain ESG-related analytics and performance.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management.
Six years of relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
Effective analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Interpersonal skills which include communication, organizational and project management skills.
Experience in analytics, building and presenting key messages for senior leadership and demonstration of strategic and critical thinking.
Experience using Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint.
Ability to prioritize work assignments while managing partner expectations, establishing, and adjusting priorities based on the department's objectives and the enterprise's strategic plan.
Ability to be innovative, take initiative, and lead and manage change.
Work Conditions:
Office environment.
Less than 10% travel to support SCM projects and/or initiatives.
Time commitments often extend beyond normal working hours.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
