Enbridge is seeking an Advisor, TIS Field OT Support to enable safe, reliable, and continuous natural gas operations. This role supports the operational technology (OT) infrastructure that underpins SCADA and HMI systems across compressor stations, gas control centers, data centers, and field locations.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and implement monthly patching for SCADA and HMI servers, workstations, and OT endpoints across compressor stations and gas control environments.
  • Provide infrastructure support for SCADA systems hosted in primary and secondary data centers, partnering with SCADA Support and Gas Control teams to ensure system readiness.
  • Support OT workstations, thin clients, and field laptops used by Automation and Control systems, including troubleshooting and lifecycle planning.
  • Coordinate infrastructure activities with Gas Control, Automation & Controls, and SCADA teams to minimize operational impact during maintenance and outages.
  • Track and assess IT, Network, Telecom, and Cybersecurity changes affecting OT systems, mitigating risk and escalating issues when required.
  • Support identity, access, and Active Directory operations for OT systems across gas control centers, compressor stations, and LNG facilities.

Who You Are

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent OT/SCADA experience).
  • A professional with 4 years of experience supporting SCADA, OT, or industrial control systems in a natural gas, pipeline, or critical infrastructure environment.
  • Experienced supporting Windows-based servers, workstations, and endpoints in regulated, high‑availability operational environments.
  • Knowledgeable in coordinating patching, maintenance, and change activities within a 24×7 operational setting.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence decisions, manage cross‑team coordination, and report on technical progress.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment and regional field locations.
  • Travel requied between Enbridge regions/office locations.
  • Overtime and on-call schedules apply.

Salary Ranges from $80,500.00 – $110,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

Physical Requirements

Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Mental Requirements

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
