About the Role
Drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
Partner with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver digital solutions while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery efforts to ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles.
