Job Description: Enable Me is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist. This role combines the responsibilities of an Operations Assistant and Warehouse Assistant, blending administrative support with hands-on logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively between office-based activities and physical warehouse work.

Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, reporting, and coordinating between departments.
  • Help manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Coordinate and track service tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution to support operational efficiency.
  • Support the operations manager in organizing workflow and implementing improvements for efficiency.

Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive, check, and store inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Operate warehouse equipment including Forklift (once certified after completion of in-house training) and manage physical inventory.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform data entry for inventory systems and shipping software.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Coordination and Problem Solving:

  • Address issues related to order fulfillment, shipping delays, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives for both warehouse and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle both administrative and physical tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs (occasionally)
