Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative programs and activities for individuals with disabilities
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of programs and services
• Supervise and support program staff to ensure the highest quality of care and support for participants
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings
• Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
• Previous experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record as defined in Enable Inc's policy
• Clear background checks as defined in Enable, Inc's policy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for working with individuals with disabilities and promoting inclusion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
