What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for patients through phone, email, and chat—answering questions and providing guidance with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage scheduling and appointment logistics, making sure our mobile dental teams are efficiently routed and patients feel cared for.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment options, making the process simple and stress-free.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate seamlessly with clinical and operations teams.
- Help educate patients about the benefits of mobile dental care and inspire confidence in our services.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer care processes and elevate patient satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within healthcare.
- Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic and engaging approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and office tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping others and delivering excellent patient experiences.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Availability to work 8am-5pm PST.
