Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of athlete clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, finance, partnerships) to ensure client requests are met and services are delivered efficiently.
- Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into ENA Sports Group.
- Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of services and offerings.
