Role Description
We are seeking a full-time licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our team. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work at our Chicago (Lakeview) location, where you will contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment while serving a diverse clientele. The Psychotherapist will provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a caseload of 22 to 25 clinical contact unit hours per week
- Provide psychotherapy services in virtual and in-person settings
- Maintain clear, consistent documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes
- Adhere to the practice policies and procedures
- Report to the Clinical Director
Requirements (Licensure and Experience)
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years of direct, 1:1 clinical experience
- Specialization in a particular population or therapeutic modality is a plus
- Training or experience in trauma-specific modalities
- Experience or interest in working with individuals/couples/children across the lifespan is preferred
