Operations Coordinator

E & A Hospitality is seeking a strong, organized, hospitality-driven Operations Coordinator to help oversee and support daily operations across our Packing District restaurant concepts.

This is a leadership-focused role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, communicates well with teams, leads with professionalism, and understands how to help create operational consistency, accountability, and strong guest experiences.

We are looking for someone who can help bring structure, organization, communication, and leadership support to a growing restaurant group entering its next phase of operational development.

• Staff onboarding and development

• Payroll and labor oversight

• Guest experience management

• Food and labor cost awareness

• Operational reporting and follow-through

• Yelp and guest feedback monitoring

• Coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Experience Preferred

• Restaurant leadership or management experience

• Multi-unit or high-volume hospitality experience preferred

• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team leadership

• Familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience handling guest recovery and service standards

Position Structure

• Part-time leadership position

• Primarily onsite across restaurant locations

• Reports directly to executive leadership

• Works closely with operations and management teams

Compensation

Starting compensation range:

$25 to $45 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, leadership background, operational skillset, and overall fit for the role.

This position also offers strong long-term growth potential as operational systems, leadership structure, and restaurant group expansion continue to develop.
