What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor and Cleaner position at En Christo LLC?
We are looking for a cleaner to join our team and help with cleaning jobs we receive from our clients. Cleaning jobs range from office cleaning, light unit turn cleaning and full/deep cleaning of vacant properties as requested by our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of an office.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as requested.
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
- Dust ceiling fan's, light fixtures.
- Clean vacant homes/apartments to make ready for new occupants.
Must have your own vehicle/transportation to get to jobsites.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
