About The Role
As part of EMSAR’s Clinical Solutions team, you will work with a leading patient monitoring company and their expert clinicians and technical specialists. Traveling to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country. As a Clinical Educator you will:
- Teach clinical staff how to use and implement critical care monitoring equipment.
- Help configure monitor setups to match each site’s needs.
- Provide end‑user classes, in‑services, and “on the fly” training.
- Offer on‑site support during new installations or upgrades.
- Share customer feedback with the client’s clinical and support teams.
This Is a Travel-based Role And Requires
- Available 4–5 consecutive days Monday–Friday.
- Able to travel interstate for overnight stays 4-5 nights per week.
- Live within 1 hour of a major U.S. airport and comfortable flying (including regional jets).
- Reliable transportation for drivable assignments up to 3-4 hours from home.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current RN license (BSN Preferred)
- Minimum of three years of Full-Time critical care experience such as ICU, CCU, NICU, ED, OR.
- Strong, Demonstrable knowledge of:
- Cardiac rhythms and ST‑segment interpretation.
- Bedside and central station monitoring workflows.
- Set up and management of Invasive lines and pressure monitoring (e.g., cardiac output, wedge pressures).
- Flexibility, strong initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and training/presentation skills.
- Expertise with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic networks.
- Ability to organize, schedule and manage all travel needs and accommodation.
- Keen attention to detail, organized and enthusiastic learner.
- Frequent overnight travel across multiple time zones.
- Varied clinical environments with differing conditions.
- Potential for exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous agents.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, crawl, and stoop for extended periods.
- Ability to see monitor screens and hear alarms for teaching and troubleshooting.
- Must meet required medical screenings and vaccinations (e.g., COVID‑19, MMR, Flu, and others as needed).
