Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumbing Sewer and Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure the efficient operation of sewer systems, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including drain lines, and sewer connections in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct sewer inspections using specialized cameras to identify issues accurately
- Perform drain cleaning using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras to clear blockages efficiently
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret construction plans and ensure proper system installation or repair
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites in compliance with local driving laws.
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment on construction sites or during installation projects
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference
- Construction experience with a strong understanding of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments
- Skilled in drain cleaning methods utilizing hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and schematics
- Ability to interpret technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics accurately
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed or needed repairs
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating a company vehicle safely in various conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe fitting or system layouts
