About the Opportunity
Practice across a community hospital emergency department and a growing freestanding emergency department in Olympia and Lacey, Washington. You'll treat a diverse patient population while working alongside experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights
- $215,000 with comprehensive benefit plan and profit sharing
- 130-140 hours per month (approximately 13-14 shifts)
- Flexible 10-hour shifts with no overnights
- 75,000 combined annual visits in hospital and freestanding ED
- Quarterly RVU and patient experience bonus opportunities
- Epic EMR with collegial, physician-led culture
Qualifications
- PA-C
- Washington license or eligibility
- Completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship or 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
