We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. This position is based at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital and offers the opportunity to practice alongside experienced emergency medicine physicians in a supportive, collaborative environment. Opportunity Highlights

About Inova Fair Oaks Hospital
Inova Fair Oaks Hospital serves the Northern Virginia community as part of the Inova health system. The hospital offers a broad range of services, including emergency care, surgery, orthopedics, maternity care, imaging, and heart and vascular services, and holds Magnet recognition for nursing excellence. The Emergency Department offers:
- 34 beds, with care for both adult and pediatric patients and board-certified emergency medicine physicians on site around the clock.
- Dedicated pediatric patient rooms and a child-friendly waiting area, with Child Life specialists available to support children and families.
- More than 50,000 annual patient visits, providing exposure to a broad range of emergency presentations.
- Epic electronic medical records, diagnostic services available 24/7, and around-the-clock in-house pediatric hospitalist, OB hospitalist, and anesthesia coverage.
Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 1 years of Emergency Department experience
- Current Virginia Physician Assistant licensure
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation ranging from $82–$104 per hour, based on Emergency Department experience.
