Overview
The Storm Work position is essential for providing support and assistance during severe weather events, ensuring safety and efficiency in response efforts. This role requires individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in challenging conditions. Team members will be involved in various tasks that contribute to storm preparedness and recovery efforts.

What We Do:

• Provide fuel to emergency personnel and keep generators fueled up until electricity is restored to a devastated area. We feed all personnel and house them.
• We work up to 18 hours daily to keep the following types of things up and running:

- Hospitals

- Water Plants

- Lift Stations

- Shelters

- Food Kitchens

- Cell Towers

and a whole lot more!

Our Team Needs:

1) Kitchen staff personnel and cooks. (No experience required)

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external agencies.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed during storm events.
