Job Description
EMR Building Service is seeking a reliable, experienced, and highly motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a leader who can oversee cleaning staff, perform extra services, and ensure high-quality standards across all locations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff during daily operations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards
- Perform and assist with extra services such as deep cleaning, floor care, special requests, and detailed tasks
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Communicate effectively with management and clients
- Conduct inspections and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Experience
- Proven experience in cleaning and supervising teams
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (bilingual preferred: English & Spanish)
- Flexible to work weekends or nighttime if needed
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and solve problems quickly
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekends if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
