Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in phone support or a quality control role within solar, construction, or similar technical fields.
• Hands-on familiarity with solar installations, including all required photo sets for project approval and verification.
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to guide installers through missing or incorrect requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate installation documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to maintain an American time-zone schedule, including flexibility for 1–2 half-day weekend shifts as needed.
• Fully remote role with EMPWR benefits PTO.
• Salary range: $45,000–$55,000.
