We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in Wichita, KS. This role is integral part in Emprise Bank’s business support data management and documentation.
A successful candidate will have:
Exemplary customer service experience
Confident and articulate communications skills
Initiative and strong work ethic
Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
Problem resolution, critical and analytical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work independently
Understanding of database design, techniques for data mining and data models
Adept at querying and transforming data
The ability to translate marketing requirements into data needs
Able to treat highly confidential information with utmost urgency
An understanding of and commitment to our values
Essential functions of the role:
Create data products that align with the bank’s strategic and business objectives
Transform and combine disparate company and/or external data into datasets usable for analyses
Assist departments in their decision making by providing pertinent interpretations of the data
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
Using data mining to extract information from Emprise Bank data sets and identify correlations and patterns
Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Experience with multiple report writing tools required
2 years’ experience in data related field preferred
Experience with SQL query preferred
Experience with a BI visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred
Experience with Python or PySpark preferred
Familiarity with Azure cloud environment preferred
