About the Internship:
We’re seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our team in Wichita, KS, for an immersive and hands-on experience during the Summer of 2026. As an intern at Emprise Bank, you’ll benefit from personalized mentorship, engage in meaningful projects, and develop key skills to jumpstart your professional journey.
This full-time, paid internship will last approximately two months, during which you’ll:
- Participate in department rotations to gain a well-rounded understanding of our organization.
- Engage in professional development sessions focused on financial industry best practices.
- Work on impactful projects that provide hands-on experience in collaboration and innovation.
- Develop professional communication skills across a variety of scenarios.
