We are currently seeking an Account Services Associate to join our team in Wichita, KS. This role will be responsible for the maintenance of deposit applications as it relates to reporting and process administration.

Essential functions of the role:
- Review account documents and validate accuracy
- Track missing information for document completeness, verify documentation, and submit in accordance with compliance regulations
- Monitor exception reports to ensure regulatory compliance
- Resolve non-post issues for Certificate of Deposits and Safety Deposit Boxes
- Review current process for efficiencies and effectiveness
- Manage all processes for Individual Retirement Arrangements (IRA) accounts including transfers and rollovers
- Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year’s professional work experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Bank experience preferred
- Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) account experience preferred
