Emprime is hiring a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Schedule: Part-Time (32 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Monitor the front desk, lobby, and building entrances.
- Manage visitor access according to property procedures.
- Receive and organize resident packages and deliveries.
- Respond to resident questions and requests in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain visitor, package, and incident logs.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or emergencies to property management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby area.
- Work collaboratively with property management and onsite staff.
Qualifications
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
