Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial exteriors
- Address common installation issues with roofing, siding, and gutters
- Ensure projects meet Aspen’s quality standards and safety guidelines
- Represent Aspen with professionalism and a clean, friendly appearance
- 1 year of experience in construction, roofing, or maintenance
- Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs
- Reliable truck or SUV for transporting materials
(Some locations offer company vehicles; if using your own, gas and oil change reimbursement is provided) - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic carpentry and handyman skills
