Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of program materials and resources.
- Provide logistical support during program sessions, both online and potentially in-person.
- Help coordinate communication with participants, mentors, and guest speakers.
- Track participant attendance and engagement.
- Assist in the setup and management of online learning platforms and tools.
- Manage program-related emails and inquiries.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Help organize and maintain program documentation.
- Assist with social media posting and community engagement.
- Provide technical assistance to participants during program sessions.
- Offer support and encouragement to participants throughout the program.
- Help to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in the distribution and collection of evaluation surveys.
- Help compile program feedback and data.
- Passion for empowering young women and promoting diversity in technology.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence .
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Experience working with youth or in educational settings (preferred).
- Must be able to pass a basic background check.
- Demonstrated commitment to community engagement through sustained volunteer work or civic involvement that reflects empathy, initiative, and impact
